Dakkak is always trying to save us some money on our car insurance and in today's world I feel we are priced competitively. They have been courteous and on the ball when it comes to information. I would highly recommend them.

I have home owners insurance through Dakkak Insurance and I am so pleased with their service. If there is the threat of a storm, they send a friendly message of support and contact information. And after the storm, they reach out to make sure all is well. Such great, personalized service!

I've been an insured with Dakkak Insurance for 35 years now. I'm very happy with their customer service and how accommodating they are. In addition, whenever I change vehicles, it takes a single phone call to get coverage. If you want Allstate, George and Mary should be your go-to. Highly recommend.

The reception was very pleasant, and showed me to an agent, who was very efficient and pleasant to talk with. The changes to my auto coverage was made in minutes and I was on my way. I have been with your agency for a number of years, and thankfully have not had to use my coverage, but I know its there if needed.

I would recommend Dakkak only if agent Maurice is still employed there. He has been helpful to a remarkable degree, professional, knowledgeable and explaining things in detail, patient and always available, calls back when he says he will.

I love your Milewise program! It fits my lifestyle perfectly! I have two homes… one north and one south with a car at each place. I drive very little and never at night. It is a perfect fit!

It is not easy to make sure your adequately insured ,with the right coverages, for your home in Florida. I have relied on Mary Dakkak for at least 10 years in finding me the correct coverages. She has done an excellent job. In addition, she always promptly returns phone calls and is willing to fully discuss the relevant coverages.

I was in an accident Wednesday Aug 6th due to someone running a red light. My car was totaled. Called Allstate at the accident scene. From then on each department involved has called, texted and emailed several times a day to keep me abreast on the process. Last night Aug 12th, my lender had been paid off and remainder put in my checking account. WOW, very impressive. Thank you Dakkak insurance and the rest of the Allstate team.
